- All subdomains of theadmill.com
- All landing pages and lead magnet pages operated by The AdMill
- All digital products, downloadable materials, audits, trainings, workshops, consulting services, and offers made available through those properties
Your use of any of the above means you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Services and content
The AdMill provides educational content, marketing resources, lead magnets, digital products, strategy materials, audits, and consulting or related business services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to refuse service, cancel access, or limit use of any offer, product, or service at our discretion where necessary to protect our business, systems, users, or intellectual property.
5. Account and access responsibility
If any portion of our Services requires you to create an account, submit your email, or access password-protected materials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your access credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.
We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your login or access information.
6. Payments, pricing, and purchases
If you purchase a product or service from The AdMill, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Prices, offers, and availability may change at any time without notice. Terms for digital products commonly include pricing, order process, access timing, and support details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized transactions, or product misuse.
Unless otherwise stated, all payments are due in full at the time of purchase. Any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
7. Digital products and delivery
Some of our products and offers may be delivered as digital downloads, email resources, worksheets, templates, PDFs, recordings, guides, or online-access materials. Access and delivery may occur immediately, by email, through a login portal, or by another delivery method described at checkout or on the relevant offer page. Delivery and access terms are standard components of digital product terms.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders for delivery. If you do not receive a purchased or requested resource within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at support@theadmill.com.
8. Refunds and cancellations
All purchases are subject to the refund or cancellation terms stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or offer page at the time of purchase. If no separate refund policy is stated for a digital product, lead magnet, training, or downloadable resource, then all sales are final unless required otherwise by law. Refund and cancellation language should be clearly disclosed on the offer page or checkout.
If you have questions about a specific purchase, contact support@theadmill.com.
9. Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, systems, branding, copy, graphics, downloads, materials, videos, templates, designs, logos, images, page layouts, and other materials on this Site are owned by The AdMill and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Intellectual property protection is a core clause in standard terms agreements.
All content, frameworks, systems, branding, and materials contained on this website are the intellectual property of The AdMill and/or its respective owners. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or duplication of content, images, or ideas without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
You may access and use our materials only for your own personal or internal business use, unless we explicitly grant broader rights in writing. You may not:
Reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our content
Modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our materials
Share paid content, downloads, or member materials with others
Use our content to create competing products, services, or trainings
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our materials
10. Limited license
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, The AdMill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and any lawfully obtained materials solely for your own personal or internal business use. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. License and license restriction clauses are common in digital-product terms.
11. User conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or systems
Copy, scrape, harvest, or extract content or data from the Site without permission
Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content
Use the Site to harass, defame, threaten, or abuse others
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Acceptable-use and prohibited-activity sections are standard and help define misuse and enforcement rights.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or Services if we believe you have violated these Terms.
12. User submissions and feedback
If you submit comments, testimonials, feedback, ideas, suggestions, questions, or other materials to us, you grant The AdMill a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display those materials for business, marketing, testimonial, or service-improvement purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Feedback and user-submission clauses are commonly included in terms agreements.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading.
13. Educational and informational purposes only
All content, resources, guides, prompts, trainings, and materials provided by The AdMill are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site or in our offers should be considered legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice unless explicitly stated otherwise. Disclaimer language is commonly included in terms pages, sometimes alongside a separate disclaimer page.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any information, frameworks, or strategies we provide.
14. Earnings and results disclaimer
Any revenue figures, client results, case studies, or business outcomes shared by The AdMill are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future earnings or success. We do not track the results of every user, client, or participant, and we cannot guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes by applying these strategies, tools, or systems.
The results and case studies shared by The AdMill are real but not typical and are not a guarantee of your success. Your outcomes will vary based on factors including your effort, execution, experience, market conditions, offer, pricing, background, and commitment.
15. No guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding results, earnings, lead volume, conversions, business growth, or any specific outcome from using our Site, Services, products, or strategies. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your background, business model, market, timing, effort, and implementation. Warranty-disclaimer and no-guarantee clauses are standard parts of terms agreements.
16. Third-party tools and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services. We may also integrate with third-party providers for payments, analytics, hosting, email, or advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site, Services, and all content, downloads, products, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. “As is” and warranty disclaimer language is a standard terms section.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AdMill and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, Services, products, or materials. Limitation-of-liability clauses are a key protective provision in terms agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The AdMill and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Site or Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights
Any content or information you submit to us
Indemnity clauses are often included to allocate risk when users misuse a site or service.
20. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully. Terms pages commonly reference privacy policies and other legal documents.
21. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused our materials, engaged in unlawful conduct, or otherwise created risk for us or others. Termination rights are standard in website and digital-product terms.
The provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
22. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Governing-law clauses are standard and should match your business location or preferred jurisdiction.
23. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall first be addressed through a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally by contacting support@theadmill.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate state or federal courts located in or having jurisdiction over Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Dispute-resolution provisions are common in terms templates.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Severability clauses are a standard backstop in legal templates.
25. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other right. Waiver clauses are also standard in terms agreements.
26. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented to you on a specific page, checkout, or offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and The AdMill regarding your use of the Site and Services.
